  • Stage 5: Detailed Medical Examination (DME)
  • Stage 6: Review Medical Examination (RME) (If Required)

 SSC GD Constable Exam Pattern 2026

  • The exam will be conducted as a Computer Based Test (CBT)
  • Total 80 objective type questions for 160 marks
  • Duration: 60 minutes (1 hour)
  • Questions will be set in Hindi, English and 13 Regional Languages
  • Negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer
  • Exam standard: Matriculation (Class 10) level
  • Calculators and other electronic gadgets are not allowed inside the exam hall
  • PwBD candidates will get 20 minutes extra

Q1. What is the SSC GD PET running requirement?
Male: 5 km in 24 minutes. Female: 1.6 km in 8.30 minutes.
